Admin Account Management

Managing the team running your BravoBlock platform

The Admins module lets you manage the team members who have back-office access to your BravoBlock instance.

Role Hierarchy

The platform supports role-level permissions to enforce least-privileged access:

  • Super Admin — Full access to all modules, including system settings and other admin accounts.
  • Manager — Access to Waitlist, Campaigns, and Subscribers, but cannot manage other admin accounts.
  • Read-Only — Can view metrics and subscriber data but cannot modify status or send emails.

Adding a New Administrator

To invite a team member to the management portal:

  1. Navigate to Admin Settings > Admins.
  2. Click Create New Admin.
  3. Provide their email address and set an initial password.
  4. Assign the appropriate Role.
  5. Save the configuration.

Role selection

Assign the narrowest role that covers the team member's responsibilities. Promote to Super Admin only when full system-settings access is required.

Security Best Practices

  • Unique passwords — Ensure every administrator uses a strong, unique password.
  • Account deactivation — Promptly deactivate accounts for team members who no longer require access.
  • Session management — Admins are automatically signed out after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access on shared machines.

Audit Logs

Every action taken by an administrator — from approving a subscriber to updating a campaign — is recorded in the system's internal audit log. This ensures accountability and aids in troubleshooting configuration changes.
