Profile details
Each record typically includes:
- Contact — primary email and join timestamp
- Status — pending, approved, or rejected
- History — messaging and status changes over time
Audience filters
Use the management table to slice the list by:
- Join date — earliest adopters vs recent sign-ups
- Status — approved, pending, or rejected cohorts
- Engagement — future signals such as campaign opens
Privacy and compliance
- Protect subscriber data according to your org policies
- Support one-click erasure / forget-me flows where required by regulation
